Curtis Johnson
Sales Manager

Curtis joined the Griffin Group in March of 2021 with the aim of helping Griffin become the most sought after and successful estate agency in Thurrock, and beyond. With many years of experience, Curtis thoroughly enjoys the role in helping customers make their dream move a reality.

In his spare time, he enjoys socialising over a pint as well as watching and playing, football.

Mark Allen
Assistant Branch Manager

Mark has been working in the industry for over 20 years. His current role is situated at our Head Office in Grays working predominantly in residential sales but also works closely with the lettings team assisting with our large portfolio of landlords for their sales or purchasing needs.

Outside of work, you will find Mark out with his daughters, at rock concerts or on the cricket pitch umpiring or volunteering for Orsett & Thurrock cricket club, where he is part of their youth committee.

Danny Muir
Senior Sales Negotiator

Danny brings several years of experience in the property industry and joined the Griffin Group in the summer of 2021. His primary focus is to achieve high levels of service to buyers and sellers alike, providing accurate market appraisals and educating all clients on the up to date processes.

In his free time Danny likes to keep himself busy watching or playing sports, particularly football and boxing, while also enjoying going out with friends.

Sonia brings years of experience and high-level service having qualified as a Licenced Conveyancer in 2007, working with several local law firms before joining the Griffin Group in 2021. Her wide knowledge of the buying and selling process allows her to answer any queries in plain English.

In her spare time, Sonia is currently learning a new language and also enjoys long walks with her crazy Malitpoo.

Angela has been with the Griffin Group since 2006 and is the proud Mother of the owner Alan Webb and has helped the company grow extensively. Angela brings a high level of customer service and knowledge to our hard-working Property Management team.

Josie joined the Griffin Group in 2019 from our purchase of the Copes Estate Agency in Grays and brings a long and broad range of experience.  Josie provides a vital service in the processing of rents and liaising with landlords.

In her spare time Josie enjoys watching and going to Rugby Union, watching quiz shows, films and socialising alongside keeping fit.

Collette joined the Griffin Group through our purchase of the Let It property business in 2018 and quickly became an essential member of staff dealing with property accounts and maintenance.

Stephanie Clay
Block Manager

Stephanie started working at Griffin in 2020. She has always had a passion for working in the property sector and this is Stephanie’s first role within the property industry. Stephanie has shown great enthusiasm towards developing her knowledge within the industry and has enrolled onto a property management course.

Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Kim Biniaz
Block Manager

Kim has been in the property industry for over 4 Years.

Having previously worked for a property management company in London, she would like to utilise her experience to ensure that the blocks which are managed by the block management team are met to high standards.

One of Kim’s roles within the block management department includes liaising and building a good rapport with our clients and contractors and ensuring that their queries are investigated and resolved.

Kim enjoys meeting her friends and family in her spare time.

Alan Webb
Managing Director (Chairman of Griffin Foundation Trust)

Alan started the Griffin Group with our Grays office in June 2006 and with his guidance has expanded rapidly to become the largest independent estate agency in Thurrock. In 2021 Alan launched an expansion into Havering with another four offices added to the Group.

Alan is a West Ham season ticket holder and is a passionate angler taking regular trips to France to his lake in Etang Des Flores.

Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Brooke joined the Griffin Group in July 2015 and has covered many roles in sales and lettings which provides her with a great experience for her current responsibilities as the PA to the Managing Director Alan Webb.

Director & General Manager (Trustee of Griffin Foundation Trust), MNAEA

Ashley has been with the Griffin Group since 2003, from Saturday boy to General Manager, his experience in buying, selling, renting and lettings is second to none.

In his spare time, he loves spending time with friends & family and is a passionate Chelsea & Formula 1 fan.

Simon has been working in the industry since 2003 specialising in rentals but with a broad range of experience to include auctions, commercial and international property.

Along with playing regular football with a local team and being a Liverpool fan, he is an animal lover working with horses and also is involved with local charities.
