Meet Justin Olechna. He’s the proud owner of our Elm Park Franchise, which opened in August 2021. Justin’s franchise has set up shop in the prominent location of Station Parade in Elm Park, a short walk from the London Underground Station.
A full high-spec office refurbishment with a branded shop front has provided Justin with an eye-catching space, perfect for welcoming the local client base to deal with their property needs.
In a regulated industry like the property sector, having the right background is critical. That is why we need those who have a property or IFA background. If you are unsure that you meet these criteria, please do get in touch.
Absolutely! One of the unique aspects of our franchise model is the fact that franchisees will join an existing office, which has already been in operation and has built up a turnover. This means you leapfrog over the first 2 years that many other franchisees will be experiencing.
Every franchisee is granted a 5-year franchise agreement. The franchise agreement contains a right of renewal (subject to compliance with the terms of the initial agreement by the franchisee). Our franchise agreement will give you the confidence you need to build the long-term development of your franchise business.
All our franchisees will receive a total of 15 days franchise induction training that gives them an insight into every aspect of the business Griffin Franchise Group. In addition to this, you will also receive a further 6 days in post training support.
Yes, it is. The induction training is part of the initial fee and will be provided by us. Franchisees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation etc.
The franchisee and a key member of staff can attend the franchise training. We expect most franchisees to start fairly quickly, so we will ensure that any staff are just as knowledgeable as you are.
Yes. We will use it to train you as well as provide an electronic copy for you to use on a day to day basis. Remember, it’s an important document so it must remain confidential and only used by you and you staff.
We will be heavily promoting the Griffin brand through our digital channels on an ongoing basis. Our marketing support is extensive and includes comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for all franchisees through our website and social media platforms.
We expect you to carry out some local marketing in your own franchise area to promote the brand which we will help you coordinate, in line with the Griffin branding.
We provide all our franchisees with a local pricing strategy and we will work with you on an ongoing basis to ensure that your pricing works locally.
We envisage that as the franchise network matures some of our franchisees will want to sell their business and our franchise agreement offers this opportunity subject to our approval of the incoming franchisee. Subject to the success and profitability of your individual business it is normally possible to sell a franchise for a significantly increased capital value for the benefit of the outgoing franchisee. On business sale we charge a fee to cover our costs in managing the sale and training the new franchisee. We will discuss this in more detail when we meet.
